Introduction. Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the bladder or inflammatory pseudotumor is benign in nature. It also known as a pseudotumor, because it macroscopically mimics infiltrative tumors bladder. The first ever described was found lungs. We present case 46-year-old man who came to Emergency Center for time due an unpleasant feeling when urinating, painless hematuria appearance blood clots during urination. An urgent diagnosis revealed mass Additional diagnostics surgical treatment performed by transurethral electroresection After histopathological examination, diagnosed. patient discharged on third day admission. On control examinations, underwent only cystoscopy ultrasonography. No recurrences were observed. Conclusion. A review available literature showed that such cases, after resection tumor, most urologists opted more radical procedures. two-year follow-up, we proved can be kept under without recurrence, regular monitoring using ultrasonography cystoscopy.
